Lost 5 teeth today. Dentist tried to tell me he wasn't hurting me on my last tooth.. so i ripped out the bite block to fully express he was actually hurting me. They tell you to raise your hand when in hurts... i did that... and bucked and screamed. If i sat just fine for 4 out of 5 teeth... there's a problem... There was, the last tooth was a "hot tooth" and those take alot of novacaine to numb out enough in order to pull one. The overall facility was dingy and gross. Treat your patients like humans sir.

I had an appointment at 4 PM. I was supposed to get there at 3:30 to fill out paperwork. I got there at four They canceled my appointment and said I was late even though my appointment was scheduled for four We go back and fourth weather my appointment was at 3:30 or 4 Either way I showed up at 3:50 PM and they wouldnβt let me In the door Then this huge woman starts charging at me, telling me sheβll let me out the door Insane behavior If my appointment was for 330 then why wouldnβt I be told to be there at three? It doesnβt even make sense She is on a power trip clearly So I wasted Two hours driving for this messy dentist office

I was pleasantly surprised after reading all the bad reviews. The hygienists are very nice and the oral surgeon was wonderful. The main drawback is the wait time but this can be expected because of walk ins with emergency dental problems.I would recommend Lancaster Dental Arts.

I absolutely love this place! I used to go to the University of Maryland Dental School for my orthodontist because I love their program for their students, and I was a couple of final projects from a couple of graduates from there back in 2007-2009. To be able to have my dentist graduate from that school, it puts my mind at ease knowing I'm provided with excellent care! I have no complaints about this place or my dentist, Dr. Lawkpezi Abide Bagnaban at all! My hope is everyone else sees the same care I do, because it's the best!

We absolutely love going to the pediatrics dentist here! They are amazing! They know how to act and talk to children to help them not be afraid. I took my 2 year old elsewhere for her first dental visit and they were horrid and knew nothing about dealing with children. It was night and day here. The doctors are friendly and knowledgeable and the rest of the staff is always so helpful and sweet! The kiddos even get to pick out a small toy from a treasure chest when they are done! The ONLY thing I donβt like is that they donβt have a changing table in the restroom which I donβt understand at all. There is even a tv and a fish tank to keep kiddos entertained while waiting for their appointment!
